Frenulum Remodeling
The frenulum is the layer of skin that is located on the underside of the head of the penis, which becomes more noticeable when the foreskin is retracted. In many cases, this skin remains tense at the time of erection or when the foreskin is completely lowered and causes pain or retraction of the head of the penis downwards and can cause the erection to be lost. Even during intense sexual relations, it can be injured, causing pain and bleeding, making it more prone to greater tension once it has healed.
This problem has a definitive solution that allows the patient to have sexual relations fully without worrying about hurting himself or losing his erection. The procedure consists of expanding this skin and reshaping it to free the head of the penis and allow him to have a proper erection.
Procedure performed on an outpatient basis with rapid recovery and without the need to remove stitches and with excellent aesthetic and functional results.
