Bridle
The frenulum is the layer of skin located on the underside of the penis that joins the glans with the foreskin. Its function is to help retract the foreskin over the glans. The most common diseases are: short frenulum and irritated frenulum secondary to sexual activity where they can bleed and become infected. The complication in both cases is both aesthetic and functional. For this reason, proper management of the frenulum is essential to improve both the aesthetics of the penis and its functioning without pain or lacerations in the frenulum.
